Initially, John the Baptist was one of the clearest witnesses for Jesus the Messiah. But now, in Herod’s prison, he is not so sure anymore and has started to wonder if Jesus really is the one. As Jesus answers John’s question, he unmistakably claims the Messianic authority for himself and makes it clear that nothing is more important than our relationship with him. Who is Jesus for you?
