During the time of Lent, starting with Ash Wednesday this past week, we will explore how Jesus set out on the road to Calvary. He does not keep it a secret but begins to share this inevitable reality. Jesus came prepared for this great clash, knowing the grip that Satan has on our world. He came to set us free from the tyranny and oppression of Satan and the kingdom of darkness, and to transfer all those who trust in Him and follow Him into His new kingdom of light, into the kingdom of God. In Jesus Christ, we are delivered and redeemed into God’s household of faith. Alleluia!
