Mark is the one Gospel that is all about the actions that take place in the life of Jesus and is not long on theology. People are making straight a way for God as they are repenting of sin and being baptized, recognizing that they need washing to be clean. After Jesus is baptized, he is blessed, He is tested, and He begins building his team, who become the foundation of the church.
