This is a series in the gospel of John. This series focuses on symbolism. We have various things we are very familiar with, such as light, water and bread, among many others. And to help us understand who our Savior is and what God is up to in our world today. Today I am going to explore the fact that Jesus said, “I am the Bread of Life”. In this context, He means that we must digest the Lord by faith. Believing in Him means that he is welcomed into your heart. You can really only believe in him if you know that he is the Christ of God come from heaven, and you trust him with your life and your salvation. Jesus is God’s chosen one and we are chosen in him to become the family of God. Enjoy the meal we share in faith.
