The Lord gives life to faith by the power of the Holy Spirit. Nothing in redemption history can occur without the working and power of the Holy Spirit. God gave his people redemption and life to allow them to be the lineage for our Savior, Jesus Christ. Due to his ministry and accomplishments, including the cross, God provides his people who follow Christ the Holy Spirit to be the seal of faith and the power of faith. Thank God we can celebrate Pentecost Sunday next week. Glory be to God for that.
