Pastor Frank says:
Answering God’s call on your life is important. Abraham did, sacrificing his own turf, where he knew people, the network, the family connections. He was from Ur, but he chose a new life as a wanderer to fulfill God’s call. Such a thing happens time and again in the life of the Israelites. It happens to our New Testament Characters too. And so it is also upon us to answer God’s call. It is not that you have to move far away, but at least get beyond your comfort zone and allow God to lead you to fulfill his purposes, and be asking, Lord what would you have me do?
