I would like to take up a series on the book of Acts. I want this series and these texts to help us in our thinking, praying and acting according to God’s mission to the world. The first thing to note is that we are not pie in the sky people. We must organize here on earth to bring the world the good news and live it out in practical ways. They were dedicated in Jerusalem to prayer, worship and being faithful custodians of the testimony that Jesus died and rose again and is our way, truth and our light, for us and for the world out there.
