In this moment before Ash Wednesday and Lent, the Church’s approach to Holy Week and Easter, we want to remember how the Lord communicates to us through the wonder of his planet Earth – the miracles of atmosphere, electromagnetic fields, gravity, ocean currents and wind patterns and the water cycle that produces rain. We also come to know that the amazing diversity and specialty of each kind of creature on the planet Earth speaks of the mind of the maker and speaks of his profound sense of beauty and wonder. God is truly not invisible, but is seen in numerous and profound miracles and in each wonderful creature we encounter.
