Do not underestimate the character of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is one of the most important revelations in our Bible. To know him and to love him and to receive him and to revel in him is our calling and our privilege. You see, none of Jesus’s ministry as a Man of God (as the Son of Man who is God), is done without the presence and power of the Holy Spirit. Neither do we go anywhere in our Christian journey without the presence and power of the Holy Spirit. The anointing that Jesus receives is the presence and power of the Holy Spirit. Once he has come, he begins his ministry of miracles and signs and wonders. In the same way, once the Holy Spirit comes, the first fruits of the church begin to minister the same way. This is our legacy, this is our challenge, this is our commitment. Praise the Lord.
