I am going to preach on growth in Christ and growth in the church for the next few weeks. Paul has given the Corinthians their faith in Christ and sees them growing in that. He realizes that as they journey in faith, God will provide. He will enlarge their hearts, he will grant insight and wisdom to their minds, and he will enable their vision to go beyond current boundaries into the greater works that God has in store. God will always ask us to go to places and directions we never expected, because our faith needs to be outward focused, not inward.
