By sermonedit
Sunday, January 17th, 2021

Our guest preacher today is Mike Sabin, an MTW missionary seconded to TWR.

Mike Sabin says, “We often hear the phrase, ‘Those who ignore history are doomed to repeat it.’ Today, we will see a prime example of that in God’s word in the first chapter of 1 Kings when someone decides to follow his own plan instead of God’s plan.”

“Nevertheless: The Good News of Christmas” – Isaiah 8:21 – 9:7

By sermonedit
Sunday, December 20th, 2020

Pastor Jeff Nelson Brings our message today.

Jeff Nelson says, “Using a word like ‘nevertheless’ means that God always has the last word, especially when circumstances seem to be at their worst. The baby Jesus came at a desperate time for God’s people, and He, Emmanuel, is with us now, providing a sense of ‘nevertheless’ in challenging times, and sustaining us until He comes again.”
