Saul is completely determined to end the journey of the followers of Jesus Christ permanently. He wanted to wipe the Jesus movement off of the map. But God had other ideas. He knew that the passion of Saul arising out of a religious spirit of darkness could be redirected to a passionate pursuit of God and surrendered obedience to Jesus Christ. Are you prepared to say with Saul, “Who are you Lord?” Are you prepared to sit with him in silence, wondering how he could move from his old life into this new life?
